I am extremely happy with it however the entry door has been a problem since it was installed. The contractor that installed the sunroom in 2006 is no longer in business and therefore my guarantee/warranty is no longer valid. I need to find a local dealer of your product to come out and look at the door and see what can be done to fix it. The door does not close when it is very cold outside. I can see that the door is not straight at the top and therefore the lock does not line up properly in the jamb. We need to lift the door up in order for it to catch, but now even that does not always work. Since this is my main entrance to my home this is becoming a very big problem. I am not sure if it is the frame around the door that needs fixing or not. Anything you can do to help me with this problem will be appreciated. presently have sunroom/have problem
